Municipality of Zlatograd (ZLATOGRAD; PB5) has long experience in managing National/EU/ Cross-Border projects. Its administrative limits has 9 fire groups in 9 villages with about 100 active civil protection volunteers. Along with the Fire Service (Region of Smolyan), ZLATOGRAD’s scope is to make civil protection volunteers more effective/interoperable at the cross-border area. ZLATOGRAD as PP6 of OUTLAND has accumulated the necessary equipment and experience on civil protection volunteers training activities needed for the successful implementation of eOUTLAND. Financially, ZLATOGRAD is fully capable of accomplishing its role within the project.
